- The subject of the performance is the supply and installation of 5 spare sources of electrical energy (motor generators with a diesel combustion engine), including their commissioning at the performance locations according to the Technical Specification of the subject of performance, which is an appendix to the ZD.
(Procurement, delivery and installation of a replacement source of electricityenergy, or the placement of a diesel generator as a replacement source is not a building or facility according to Section 2 of the Building Act, and therefore this type of facility is not subject to the permit regime under the Building Act.)
