Description:
The subject of the public contract is:
(a) the supply and implementation of the system for checking the vulnerabilities to the contracting authority under the conditions specified in the draft contract for work, which consists of Annex 3 of the tender documentation;
(b) Providing consulting and training services for 60 months from the effectiveness of the Agreement Provision of services, under the conditions specified in the proposal of the Services Agreement, which forms Annex 4 of the tender documentation, to the extent:
I.50 Human Subjects Provision of Support and Consultation Services for the entire period of effectiveness of the Contract (Article 1.01 (a) of the Provision of Services Agreement)
II.5 man of the human Provision of training service for the entire period of effectiveness of the contract (Article 1.01 (b) of the contract on the provision of services).
Related conditions are included in the draft contract for work.
Closer specifications of individual services according to point b) and modes Their provision is included in the proposal of the service contract.
The purpose of fulfilling the public contract is to ensure a functional system for checking the vulnerabilities of the contracting authority's information systems.
