- The subject of the contract is the completion of the Sulice elementary school in accordance with the project documentation and the Building Permit. The fulfillment of the public contract is the execution of the construction and the supply of technologies firmly connected with the buildings. The delivery of inventory or kitchen equipment is not the subject of the contract. The work includes allactivities necessary for the proper implementation of the work, contractual conditions, generally binding legal regulations, technical and qualitative standards and requirements of the client. The work will be carried out in the highest quality, using the most modern technical procedures with the maximum use of knowledge and experience and professional capacitiessuppliers.
The subject of performance and technical conditions are specified in more detail in the annexes to the documentation.
The client stipulates that the technical supervision of this construction may not be carried out by the contractor or a person connected to him. This does not apply if the technical supervision is carried out by the client himself.
