The subject of the public contract is divided into 3 parts.
Iron sulfate
The subject of this part of the public contract is the supply of the solution of the sulfate of the ferrous sulphate distributed in the period of 24 months in Expected volume of 4.400 tons (in words four thousand four hundred tons), including transport of the carrier solution to the place of performance.
1.5 t/m3, intended for clotting phosphorus contained in Waste waters. We require guaranteeing periodic supplies in an estimated weekly quantity of up to 125 tons (ie max 5 tanks per week after 25 tons) to the place of performance.
The contracting authority explicitly warns that the amount taken will be dependent on the current need for operation and therefore requires guaranteeing flexibility in the supplied Quantity - ie the possibility of operational agreement with the carrier on specific supplies. The above quantity is thus only indicative and the contracting authority reserves the right to remove the subject of performance in a lesser extent than as mentioned here, without any sanctions by the selected supplier.
