Description:
• The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract (hereinafter referred to as the "VZ") are continuous supplies of consumables for the determination of ions in biological material (hereinafter referred to as "goods") for the General University Hospital in Prague (hereinafter referred to as "VFN"), including the loan of the analytical system.
• The subject of VZ filling is defined i binding proposals for contracts, which are annexed to 2a and 2b of these Terms and Conditions, Annex 6 of these Terms and Conditions - Item Price List, and Annex 7 of these Terms and Conditions - Technical Parameters of the Subject of Performance - Goods.
• The amount of the subject of the Public Procurement for individual items Stated in Annex 6 of these Terms and Conditions - the itemized price list is the amount of approximate, respectively. assumed. The contracting authority is entitled to determine the specific amount and time of the performance of individual partial supplies according to its immediate, respectively. Current needs with regard to patient composition, without penalty or another sanction by the selected supplier.
• The supplier shall leave the contracting authority for the duration of the purchase contract for the recurring supply of goods for free of charge for temporary use of a fully automatic analytical system allowing the determination of ions, including the ionized magnesium, the ionized calcium ( borrowings ") specified
