- Supplies of consumables for the thrombectomy system working on a rheolytic system with the possibility of direct application of thrombolytics with the loan of a console allowing the connection of various catheters, selected according to the vascular structure being treated
The subject of the fulfillment of the public order is the continuous supply of allnecessary material for the rheolytic thrombectomy system for the treatment of vascular occlusions (hereinafter referred to as "goods") for the General Faculty Hospital in Prague (hereinafter referred to as "VFN"). The subject of performance (goods) is specified in more detail in Annex No. 5 of these terms and conditions Price list and specification of goods, and in Annex No. 2 of theseof tender conditions Draft contract for the establishment and operation of a consignment warehouse. The selected supplier will borrow a console including components for the rheolytic thrombectomy system for the treatment of vascularch closures (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of loan") and will ensure its free service and regular maintenance.
