Description:
The subject of the public contract is the contractual provision of current sensors with selected suppliers for a period of 4 years. These sensors (measuring current transformers) are intended for indirect current measurement in the distribution system at the level of the LV network TN-C and are intended for use in LV distribution boards in distribution transformersnothing. The contract is divided into Parts in accordance with § 35 ZZVZ: Part 1 - MTP slip-on current sensor Part 2 - Rogowski coil power supply Part 3 - measuring transformer with a split core MTPDthanks for the model case in each Part of the public contract. Subsequently, the procedure will be carried out in accordance with § 132 paragraph 3) of the Act (i.e. the awarding of public contracts on the basis of a framework agreement by a procedure with the renewal of competition between the participants of the framework agreement) and a Purchase Agreement will be concluded with one winning supplier in each Czech Republicsti. Fulfillment of the Purchase Agreement will take place on the basis of the Subcontract (order).
