The subject of the public order is the continuous supply of electrosurgical instruments, electrodes and related consumables for ESG-400 electrosurgical generators (or OR-VAC smoke extraction units) manufactured by OLYMPUS according to Appendix No. 5 of the procurement documentation - Offer cover sheet. The client, in accordance with the instructions for use of the subject electrosurgical generators, requires that all offered/supplied electrodes, electrosurgical instruments and related consumables be: - fully compatible with electrosurgical generators ESG-400 manufactured by Olympus, or by OR-VAC units, - in accordance with the Olympus manufacturer's recommendation.
