• Description:
• (the nature and quantity of works, supplies or services, or a statement of the relevant needs and requirements; only in the case of supplies indicate whether offers relating to the purchase, lease, rental, installment sale or a combination of these options are required)of paper towels, toilet paper, paper towels and hygiene bags for the contracting authority, under the conditions and within the time limits specified in the binding draft of the framework agreement, according to the Specification of Goods and Price, which is Annex No. 1 of the Binding Draft of the Framework Agreement. The delivery also includes the delivery of the related documentation enabling proper identification of individual items by the contracting authority. On the basis of the procurement procedure, a framework agreement will be concluded with one selected supplier for the fulfillment of the subject of the Public Contract. This is a reserved public contract according to § 38 ZZVZ. More detailed information about the public contract is contained in zaprocurement documentation.
  The subject of the performance of the Public Contract is the supply of disposable paper towels, toilet paper, paper towels and sanitary bags for the contracting authority, under the conditions and within the deadlines set in the binding draft of the framework agreement, according to the Goods and Price Specification, which is Annex No. 1 of the Contractimportant draft framework agreement. The delivery also includes the delivery of related documentation enabling proper identification of individual items by the client. On the basis of the procurement procedure, a framework agreement will be concluded with one selected supplier for the fulfillment of the subject of the Public Contract.
