Description:
The subject of this public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement with one supplier for the awarding of partial public contracts for the supply of water supply and sewerage material needed for the construction and repair of the contractor's water supply and sewerage network. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 1 year (year 2026). The awarding of partial public contracts will be carried out on the basis of written orders sent to the selected supplier according to the current needs of the contracting authority. The specification of water supply and sewerage material that can be ordered on the basis of the framework agreement, including the expected quantity, is listed in Annex No. 2 of the procurement documentation List of materials.
