SUPPLIES OF MATERIALS FOR EYE SURGERY INSTRUMENTS INCLUDING LOAN The subject of the public contract is continuous repeated supplies of special medical equipment (SZM) in accordance with Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and diagnostic medical means in vitro, as amended, for an ophthalmic surgical device, for a period of 24 months. Part of the subject of the performance of this public contract is also the free loan of a microsurgical device - an eye operating device and its logical parts. The detailed specification of the subject of the public contract is given in the procurement documentation and its annexes.
