Description:
The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement with one supplier for the supply of vaccine to carry out the extraordinary vaccination of natural persons for the years 2024 2025 against measles, according to § 69 paragraph 1 letter g) and § 80 paragraph 1 letter i) Act No. 258/2000 Coll., on the protection of public health, as amendedof later regulations and to carry out a special vaccination of natural persons for the years 2024 2025 against measles, according to § 11a) of Decree No. 537/2006 Coll., on vaccination against infectious diseases, as amended. Considering the fact that a single measles vaccine is not currently availableci, the contracting authority requests supplies of a combined vaccine against measles, mumps and rubella.
