• The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of § 131 of the Act for the continuous supply of medical and technical gases, specified in the tender documentation appendices, for a period of four years to these hospitals of the Králové Hradecý Holding kraje a.s.: a) Regional Hospital Jičín a.s.: Part of the delivery to Oblastní nemócnica Jičín a. s. is the provision of servicing of the medium-pressure tank for liquid oxygen under the conditions specified in the tender documentation. b) Nový Bydžov Hospital (Oblastní workplace hospital Jičín a. s.): The subject of performance also includes: - delivery of goods with a valid inspection and certificate to the place of fulfillment; - rental of pressure cylinders; - rental of medium-pressure tanks for liquid oxygen in hospitals specified in ZD; - carrying out the review and servicing of pressure cylinders and medium-pressure tanks for liquid oxygen; - according to the buyer's request, delivery of pressure cylinders around the buyer's premises; - other related services associated with the proper delivery of goods.
