• Supplies of medical devices - sensors for blood glucose monitoring Sensors for existing patients with type 1 diabetes Supplies of medical devices - sensors for blood glucose monitoring Sensors for patients with type 2 diabetes Supplies of medical devices - sensors for blood glucose monitoring Communication with insulin pump C Supplies of medical devices - sensors for blood glucose monitoring Communication with insulin pump B Supplies of medical devices - sensors for blood glucose monitoring Communication with insulin pump A The subject of this public order is the ongoing supply of sensors ("medical devices") for monitoring blood glucose in accordance with Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, in valid and effective wording ("medical devices law"), intended for the monitoring of outpatients and hospitalized patients according to the current needs of the contracting authority for a period of 4 years. Ongoing supplies of medical devices will be carried out on a partial basis orders of the contracting authority in accordance with the terms and conditions and their annexes. The public contract is divided into 5 parts.
