• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the ongoing supply of medical protective equipment - caps for the General Faculty Hospital in Prague (hereinafter referred to as "VFN"). • The subject of performance of a public contract (hereinafter also referred to as "VZ") is also defined by binding contract proposals, which are Annex No. 2 of the Tender Conditions (Annex No. 2a for Part 1 of the Tender, Annex No. 2b for Part 2 of the Tender, Annex No. 2c for Part 3 of the Tender, Annex No. 2d for Part 4 of the Tender, Annex No. 2e for Part 5 of the Tender), Annex No. 8 of the Tender Conditions - Item Price List (Annex No. 8a for part 1 VZ , appendix no. 8b for part 2 VZ , appendix no. 8c for part 3 VZ , appendix no. 8d for part 4 VZ , appendix no. 8e for part 5 VZ ) and appendix no. 9 of the tender conditions - Technical parameters of the subject of performance (appendix no. 9a for part 1 VZ , appendix no. 9b for part 2 General Assembly, Annex No. 9c for Part 3 of the General Assembly, Annex No. 9d for Part 4 of the General Assembly, Appendix No. 9e for Part 5 of the General Assembly). • The public contract is divided into parts: Part 1 VZ - Caps of the operational beret type Part 2 VZ - Medical beret type cap Part 3 VZ - Surgical dressing cap Part 4 VZ - Surgical cap at the back with an elastic band Part 5 VZ - Surgical cap with sweatband • The supplier is entitled to submit an offer for one part, several parts or all parts of the public contract. • Each part of the public contract will be assessed and evaluated separately. • If unless otherwise specified, the tender conditions apply to all parts of the public contract. • The quantity of the subject of performance in individual items listed in Appendix No. 8 of the tender conditions - Item price list (appendix...
