The subject of the public contract is repeated supplies of medicinal products for the client's patients. The public contract is divided into 4 parts in accordance with the provisions of § 35 of the Act. The subject of fulfillment are the preparations pembrolizumab, nivolumab, nivolumab/relatlimab, pertuzumab/trastuzumab. The supplier submits a separate offer for each part. Repeated supplies of the medicinal product pembolizumab for the client's patients. Repeated supplies of the medicinal product pertuzumab/trastuzumab for the client's patients. Repeated supplies of the medicinal product nivolumab/relatlimab for the client's patients. Repeated deliveries of the medicinal product nivolumab for the client's patients.
