Description: The subject of the public contract is the contractual provision of supplies of MV cables and conductors with the selected supplier / suppliers for planned investment projects, planned repairs and ensuring the removal of emergency conditions of MV cables and conductors, ensuring safe and reliable operation of distribution system equipment for 07/2021 - 06. / 2025. With regard to the scope of the contract, which is an above-limit contract, the procedure will be in accordance with Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On the award of public contracts, as amended. The contract is divided into 3 parts: Part 1 - MV cables, Part 2 - Insulated MV conductors, Part 3 - Suspended MV cables. The result of a sectoral public contract awarded in the form of a Negotiated Procedure with Publication is: - In Part 1 of the public contract, the conclusion of a Framework Agreement on the supply of goods for 48 months with selected three suppliers with the lowest price offer per model case.
