Description:
The subject of the VZ is the contractual provision of cable plastic and concrete boxes for planned investment actions, planned repairs and emergency removal. The order is divided into: 1. Part - LV plastic cabinets 2. Part - concrete LV cabinets. The result will be the conclusion of a framework agreement with two supplierswith the lowest price per model case for No. 1 and framework agreements with one supplier for No. 2 with the lowest price per model case for a period of 72 months. Subsequently, the procedure according to §132 paragraph 3), letter a) ZZVZ will be a procedure with the renewal of competitions between the Participants of the Framework Agreement and 2 Purchase Agreements will be concluded, fullyChange from KS will be based on the Subcontract (order). In No. 2, performance will take place on the basis of the Subcontract to the framework agreement.
