Description:
The subject of the public contract is the contractual provision of plastic cable protectors with selected bidders for planned investment actions, planned repairs and ensuring the elimination of emergency conditions in the supply of cable protectors for the safe and reliable operation of distribution system equipment. Order je divided into Parts: Part 1 - corrugated protectors Part 2 - smooth protectors Part 3 - plastic cable trays Part 4 - plastic cover plates and strips Part 5 - warning film Part 6 - flexible tube with UV resistance The result of the VZ will be the conclusion of a framework agreement with three suppliers with the lowest total nabat a fixed price per model case for each Part separately for a period of 72 months. A total of 6 framework agreements will be concluded. Subsequently, each Part will be followed in accordance with § 132 paragraph 3) of the Act (i.e. the awarding of public contracts on the basis of a framework agreement) with the renewal of competition between the participants of the framework agreementand Purchase Agreements will be concluded. Fulfillment according to the Purchase Agreement will be based on the Subcontract - orders
