In addition to printer supplies, the subject includes public orders as well as their packaging and their delivery to designated fulfillment locations, see Appendix No. 9 of the tender documentation. At the same time, ensuring the operation of the delivered printers and collection, including the ecological disposal of used consumables and defective parts, is part of the fulfillment.
