• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the public contract is defined in detail by the template of the framework agreement (hereinafter also referred to as the "Agreement"), which forms an annex to the procurement documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "ZD"). The expected volume of deliveries of the public contract is (in ZD also as "DC1 charging station"): station count min. 1 x 50 kW with anchoring to the ground: 23 pieces The specified output charging power of 50 kW per charging point is set as the maximum permissible output charging power actually provided. The contracting authority also allows the possibility of supplying station(s) with a higher charging output performance, but under the condition that: The 1st charging point will be equipped with a hardware or software limitation of the output charging power of the charging station to exactly 50 kW and 2. the maximum potential output charging power of the charging station will not exceed 75 kW. Part of fulfillment public contracts are also: - connection of charging stations to the contracting party's back-end using the OCPP 1.6 protocol and higher, when the actual communication will be implemented using the WSS protocol; -installation of charging stations at the place designated by the contracting authority and on the base prepared by the contracting authority according to conditions for the construction readiness of the selected contractor a - charging station warranty for a total of 2 years. On the basis of the concluded framework agreement, in the manner specified therein, the contracting authority will always order performance at the time and to the extent according to its current needs, in the form of renewal of competition. The framework agreement will be concluded for a fixed period, until 30/09/2028, with four (4) suppliers who will be selected as the most suitable based on the submitted bids. The client is not...
