• Description:
• • The subject of the public order is the supply, installation and commissioning of technological equipment for the kindergarten kitchen, including in particular: o supply and installation of stainless steel gastro equipment (cooking center, preparation rooms - meat, dough, vegetables, dry storage, cooling and freezers, washing center, cleaning facilities), o desktop and auxiliary equipment (sinks, batteries, scales, dishwashers, waste bins, etc.), o connection to construction-ready connections and technological distributions, o supply of technology accessories (e.g. GN containers), o installation and commissioning of a new table lift in the kitchen, about basic training of the staff to operate and maintain the equipment. The capacity of the kitchen is to serve approx. 300 meals per day (80-100 for kindergartens, approx. 200 for elementary schools). With regard to the financing of this public contract, on it is covered by the obligation to comply with the DNSH (Do No Significant Harm) principle. In accordance with chapter C.13 point 4.b) of the PRŽaP document v.0.9, the following applies: "As part of reducing the energy intensity of technological processes, they must all new appliances meet the highest available energy class according to the relevant legislation for the given type of appliance. Ensuring compliance with condition b): The subsidy recipient must be able to present relevant documentation in the event of an on-site inspection proving fulfillment of the condition; in the case of energy class A, the applicant does not provide a comparison; in the case of a lower energy class, the applicant documents a record of market research with appliances of similar type and technical specifications" The contractor is obliged to fully respect this condition during the implementation of the work and to provide the client with all the documents necessary to prove compliance during the subsidy provider's inspection • Detailed conditions of the subject of performance are gi...
