• Description:
• General definition of the subject of the public contract The subject of the public contract is the provision of a complete supply, installation, operation and management of a system for measuring the consumption of cold water (SV), hot water (TV) and indicators of heating cost distributors (IRTN), including a system of remote deduction via buses, regular deductions, annual cost accounting and operation of the web portal for customers and end users. Fulfillment includes dismantling and ecological disposal of existing equipment, installation of new meters and their long-term maintenance operation. Scope and specification of performance: Dismantling and disposal of existing equipment The supplier will ensure: • dismantling of the original SV water meters, • dismantling of the original TV water meters, • dismantling of the original IRTN, • ecological disposal of all dismantled equipment in accordance with by valid legislation, • issuance of a document on ecological disposal. Delivery and installation of the remote reading system (bus) The supplier will ensure: • delivery of communication buses for remote reading, • their installation in the customer's premises, • complete setup, revitalization and commissioning of the system, • programming and assignment of individual meters and IRTN, • ensuring the full functionality of the remote data transmission system without the need to enter the apartment units for routine readings. Supply and installation of SV and TV water meters Supplier will ensure: Water meters for cold water (SV) • supply and installation of residential water meters SV, • installation of a non-return valve, • installation of a radio module for remote reading, • metrological verification according to valid legislation, • programming into the remote reading system.
