• Description:
• - The subject of the performance of the public order is the continuous supply of consumables for isolation of nucleic acids and PCR setup in an automatic system (hereinafter referred to as "goods") for the General Faculty Hospital in Prague (hereinafter referred to as "VFN"). - For the duration of the purchase contract for the recurring fulfillment of goods deliveries, the selected supplier will leave the Isolator with PCR setup - 1 pc (hereinafter referred to as the "loan item") to the client free of charge for temporary use and will provide its free service and regular maintenance at its own expense. - Subject of performance public contracts (hereinafter also referred to as "VZ") is also defined by binding draft contracts, which are Annex No. 2 of the tender conditions (Annex No. 2a - Draft purchase contract and Annex No. 2b - Draft loan contract), Annex No. 8 of the tender conditions - Item price list, and Appendix No. 9 of the terms of reference - Technical parameters of the subject of performance (Appendix No. 9a - Technical parameters of the goods, and Appendix No. 9b - Technical parameters of the subject of the loan). - The quantity of the subject of performance in individual items listed in Annex No. 8 of the procurement documents conditions - Item price list, the amount is indicative, or assumed. The contracting authority is entitled to determine the specific quantity and time of fulfillment of individual partial deliveries according to its immediate or current needs with regard to the composition of patients without penalty or other penalty on the part of the selected supplier.
