• Supply of consumables for chemical and morphological examination of urine - ÚKBH - 2026 The subject of the performance of the public order is the supply of consumables for chemical and morphological examinations of urine in the scope and specification according to point 2.4. Consumables se means all diagnostic sets, system solutions and other reagents used for sample analysis, calibration, control, cleaning and necessary maintenance of the instrument. The fulfillment of the order also includes the free loan of 2 identical automated urinary lines including all the necessary accessories for the processing of the offered reagents with the corresponding performance for a period of 6 years. 2.4. Detailed specification of the public contract (- see the table in the Tender documentation) All consumables for determining the required examinations, in a volume corresponding to the assumption that all examinations will be performed with a daily frequency (365 x per year). The subject of the offer can only be a product that has been properly placed on the market and is issued with a valid declaration of conformity, if required by relevant legislation. The offer must contain the identification and description of the individual items of the subject of performance in the Czech language, visual documentation of the offered material (e.g. prospectuses) and a declaration of conformity for all offered products. Listed requirements apply to reagents and consumables offered for delivery as well as instrumentation incl. accessories that will be the subject of the loan.
