Description: The contracting authority carries out the tender as a central contracting authority for the contributory organizations and for himself. The list of authorizing contracting authorities is Annex 1 to this tender documentation. Individual authorizing contracting authorities are so -called legitimate customers within the meaning of Act No. 458/2000 Coll., On Business Conditions and on Payment of State Administration in Energy Sectors (Energy Act), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Act"). They will then conclude with the selected supplier under the conditions of this public contract a separate contract on associated services of energy supply.
The subject of the public contract is the physical supply of electricity and associated services, including ensuring the distribution of electricity and system services for the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2024 for the contracting authorities
