Description:
The subject of the performance of the public contract is to ensure the supply of electricity to the client's off-take points during the period from 1/7/2023 to 31/12/2023. place of the customere (KPS) defined in this tender documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "Purchase Point");
b) provision of the related service in the electricity industry by the supplier for the customer (KPS);
c) payment of the contractual price for the supply of electricity and payment of the regulated price of the related service in the electric power industry by the customer(KPS) in favor of the supplier;
d) taking over the obligation of the customer (KPS) to take electricity from the electricity system by the supplier together with responsibility for the deviation related to the Offtake Point.
