Description:
The subject of the public contract is the continuous supply of medicinal products for parenteral nutrition according to the specifications and requirements of the contracting authority. Parenteral nutrition in this case means medicinal products of ATC Group B0BB01, and they are human medicinal products that must meet all conditions stipulated by Act No. 378/2007 Coll., On Pharmaceuticals and on Amendments to Certain Related Acts, as amended, for drugs intended for use in humans. The supplied medicines must have valid registration at the State Institute for Drug Control.
