• Description:
• The aim of the procurement procedure is to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier, whose offer will be evaluated as the most economically advantageous, for a period of 24 calendar months from the effective date of the framework agreement or until the moment when the total maximum price for the subject of a public contract, which corresponds to the estimated value of this public contract, depending on which decisive event occurs first. The framework agreement will regulate the framework conditions for awarding individual public contracts, the subject of which will be a recurring supply laboratory mice of the C57Bl/6NCrl strain including packaging, transport and animal care during transport. On the basis of this framework agreement, individual contracts will be awarded on the basis of partial orders (so-called "Partial Contracts" or "Implementation Contracts") in accordance with § 134 ZZVZ procedure without renewing the competition. The client is a member of the international infrastructure, where all phenotyping tests have been done on mice of the C57Bl/6NCrl strain until now. At this time, data is obtained from more than 5000 C57Bl/6NCrl mice as a control baseline values, for this reason the Contracting Authority requires a specific substrain of mice C57Bl/6NCrl within this public contract. Delivery of another mouse substrain C57Bl/6N within the framework of this public order will therefore be considered as failure to meet the conditions of entry, resulting in the exclusion of the given participant from participation in the procurement procedure.
