Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply of office supplies. On the basis of the result of the selection procedure, a contract for the supply of goods with one supplier will be concluded for a period of 24 months from the entry into force of the contract. Specifications of the subject of performance and the terms and conditions are further listed in the Annexes to the calls for submission of bids No. 3 (the pattern of the contract). The contracting authority will be made via the publicly accessible e-shop interface that the supplier operates by means of a password-protected access by the contracting authority for ordering goods. During the duration of the contractual relationship, the contracting authority is entitled to order goods in full range of the range except food goods (coffee, tea, drinks, confectionery, etc.) reported by the selected supplier in the online store (e-shop). In the event that the supplier provides discount actions for goods listed in its publicly accessible Internet catalog (e-shop) on the date of the order, the amount of which exceeds the amount of the % discount on the contracting authority on this public contract, the supplier applies these current discounts at collected goods taken by the contracting authority.
