Description:
Supply of office supplies for the Department of the Ministry of Finance 2023
Description of the contract: The subject of the public contract is the supply of office supplies for the Department of the Ministry of Finance. The framework agreement will be concluded with one supplier. A catalog of office supplies with the required parameters is given in Appendix c. 2 ZD - Catalog of office supplies. The quantities of stationery supplies will depend on the current operational needs of individual Entrusting Contractors, and the actual quantity collected may therefore differ from the expected quantity. The Supplier is obliged to deliver the Supply to the Customer according to the specifications stated in the relevant Order in lhno later than 7 calendar days from the date of Confirmation of the Draft Order, or its effectiveness, unless the Contracting Parties agree otherwise. For GFR, the delivery period is set differently, namely by the end of the calendar month following the delivery of the Draft Order to the Supplier at the latest (if the Order isactivities), unless the Contracting Parties agree otherwise.
