Description: The purpose of this procurement procedure is to ensure the needs of the contracting entity to supply protective equipment and the boots by concluding a framework agreement with one selected participant in this procurement procedure for the supply of other protective equipment (Part 1), ensure the needs of the contracting entity for the supplies of protective casing and shoes by concluding a framework agreement. With one selected participant in this procurement procedure for supplying protective caps and boots (Part 2), as well as to ensure the needs of the contracting entity to supply equipment for miners by concluding a framework agreement with one selected participant in this tender for the supply of equipment for mining equipment (Part 3). Framework agreements will regulate the conditions concerning individual partial procurement, which will be entered on their basis.
