- The subject of the above-limit framework agreement for the public contract "Delivery of sets and costumes for HDK in 2024 to 2028" is the gradual supply of sets and costumes for the Big Stage (partial performance A) and Small Stage (partial performance B) of the Music Theater in Karlin for the period duration of the framework agreement 4 years. Subject of performance je specified in detail in the Procurement Documentation of the framework agreement, in the Business Terms and Conditions in Annex No. 28.3 of the procurement documentation and in Annexes No. 1 and 2 of the Business Terms and Conditions, which are Annexes No. 28.4 and 28.5 of the procurement documentation. Fulfillment of partial public contracts for the duration of validity of the assigned frameworkof the agreement (hereinafter referred to as RD) will consist in the practical implementation of the production and supply of sets and costumes for individual theater performances on the Big and Small Stages of the Music Theater in Karlin (hereinafter also referred to as HDK) in accordance with the conditions of performance of the public contract set out in the Business Terms and Contracts for the Work on partial inpublic contracts according to the drafts of these contracts for work. The overall scope of the subject of the framework agreement is defined by the expected number of four premieres on the Big Stage of HDK for 4 years of performance of the RD (partial performance A) and eight premieres on the Small Stage of HDK for 4 years of performance of the RD (partial performance B). The total expected number of premieres (partof public contracts), which can be implemented during the framework agreement's validity period of 4 years when using the reserved change of commitment according to § 100, paragraph 1 of the Act, there are six premieres on the HDK's Great Stage for 4 years of performance of the RD (partial performance A) and twelve premieres on HDK's small scene for 4 years of RD fulfillment (partly fulfilled...
