- The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of technical and calibration gases, including accessories and related services. A detailed specification of the subject of the public contract is given in Annexes No. 1 and No. 5 of this procurement documentation. Technical the specifications form the minimum requirements for the subject of public procurement. Failure to meet even one of the parameters at least at the minimum level is a reason for rejecting the offer. The subject of the public contract also includes transport to the place of performance, or other requirements according to this tender documentation including all attachments.
