Description:
The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of vaccines for the regular vaccination of natural persons who are not insured under Act No. 48/1997 Coll., on public health insurance and on the amendment and addition of certain related laws, as amended, for the years 2024 - 2025(24 months), for vaccination against the following diseases:
1. combined vaccine against diphtheria, whooping cough, (acellular form), tetanus, polio, (inactivated form), viral hepatitis B, infections caused by Haemophilus influenzae type b (DTaPHibVHBIPV);
2nd vaccine againstdiphtheria, whooping cough (acellular form), tetanus;
3.vaccine against infections caused by Haemophilus influenzae type b;
4.vaccine against tetanus;
5.vaccine against viral hepatitis B in children's formula;
6.vaccine against viral hepatitis B in adult formula;
7. vaccine againstmeasles, mumps and rubella;
8.vaccine against communicable polio in inactivated form;
9.conjugated vaccine against pneumococcal infections;
10.vaccine against diphtheria, whooping cough (acellular form), tetanus, polio ( inactivated form);
11. vaccineand against tuberculosis;
12. hepatitis B vaccine for people on dialysis.
