- The subject of the order is the supply of a weaving machine and accessories for the production of woven tubes from textile materials intended for medical applications.
The subject of the order must meet all technical parameters and other requirements for the given supply (minimum requirements) according to the Specification of the subject of performance listed in Annex No. 1 Calls for tenders.
The technical parameters defined by the contracting authority and other requirements for the subject of the public contract as well as the stated values for these parameters, they are set as minimum permissible. Participants can therefore offer the subject of a public contract, which will be at their disposal better ones parameters and properties for functionalities required by the client.
