Description:
The subject of the order will be the provision of support for the operation and development of the geoinformation system (hereinafter referred to as "GIS") operated on the SAMO/LIDS platform in the environment of the State Land Office.
The basic purpose is to ensure support for the operation and development of GIS, including licenses and maintenance of unique software productsnecessary for full GIS functionality. The geoinformation system includes a desktop GIS client (LIDS EXPLORER) with agenda/task-oriented projects, a web GIS client with agenda/task-oriented modules and a geoportal offering map applications and geodata downloads for the lay and professional public. The platform enables the connection of editing mobile applications (LIDS Mobile). The database layer uses a combination of MS SQL technologies (operation provided by SPU) and platform-specific resources (Elasticsearch).
The system is integrated to internal and external applications via the ESB/Terrabus platform, inin the case of unique internal services/tasks, also directly in the database.
