Description:
The purpose of the public contract is to ensure the reliable operation, maintenance and further development of the software of the Transport Information System (hereinafter referred to as the "DIS system") of the contracting authority.associated with the initial takeover of the DIS system from the client on the basis of the takeover plan prepared by the supplier (hereinafter referred to as "Takeover Services");
- provision of DIS system operation support services and its maintenance, incl. implementation of partial changes to the DIS system, elimination of defects, implementation of prophylaxis and possible training, to ensure the high reliability of the individual sub-applications that make up the DIS system (hereinafter also referred to as "Support and Maintenance Services");
- provision of services consisting in the fundamental development of the DIS system according to the requirements of the client (exceeding the scope of changes carried out in the Support and Maintenance Services regime) afterthe entire period of validity of the contract (hereinafter referred to as "Development Services"); a
- activities associated with the final termination of the provision of services according to the contract and consisting in the preparation and handing over of the DIS system to the new supplier at the end of the contractual relationship according to the instructions of the contracting authority, which include: providing the necessary cooperationaccording to the instructions of the contracting authority to the new supplier, handing over all documentation and necessary information, proper handing over of all data processed in the DIS system, including supplementary data and drawing up an exit plan well in advance and providing the necessary cooperation for its implementation (hereinafter referred to as "Services ex...
