Description:
The subject of the public contract is the provision of technical support for HCL licenses for the years 2024 2026, with the fact that only the provision of technical support for the year 2024 will be commissioned by the contracting authority with certainty. HCL licenses are used by the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic to ensure postal and calendar services, sharing of information and files inwithin work teams, as well as an application platform for the important ODOK information system, the resolution database, the Government Agenda Department system, data synchronization with the VEMA personnel system, the DAP system, the ISAP system, an intranet portal and an electronic file service. Support ensures entitlement to all nove versions and support directly from the manufacturer HCL Domino. The authority plans to gradually reduce the use of HCL licenses after 2024. Technical support for the year 2024 is required for the existing number of licenses currently used by the contracting authority and which are listed in Table No. 1 of the ZD. Technical support for 20 years25 and 2026, the contracting authority does not have to use it, or can only use it within a limited range of the required number and types of licenses in the given calendar year 2025 and 2026 (Table No. 2 and Table No. 3 ZD).
