- The subject of performance is mainly support and maintenance:
• Network infrastructure, ie active and passive elements, including about 25 storey switches
• Unify OpenScape Business X8 and terminal devices connected to this telephone exchange;
• Firewall Fortigate 500E systems in data centers Contracting authorities and server infrastructure;
• Virtual Balance Balancers F5
• WiFi network
• Internal network segmentation including 2pcs of internal firewalls
• The presence of a supplier's technician at MČP1 headquarters (Monday to Friday)
Part of the Filling Subject is further:
• The presence of a technician at the MČP1 workplace in work Days after - Fri at 8.00 - 12:00 hours, during other working hours there is an emergency technique with a range of performance no later than 60 minutes of reporting of the request. If necessary and agreements of the contracting parties, the presence of a technician will be possible in the next hours,
• Monitoring of active elements using a system The contracting authority,
• Operating documentation management.
