- The subject of the public order is the provision of support for the operation of the payroll, personnel and attendance system OKbase delivered and implemented in the Employer's organization in 2018 (hereinafter also referred to as the "System"), in the scope of:
•technological update / upgrade (technological development of the System);
• legislative update/ upgrade (ensuring and guaranteeing compliance of the System with valid and effective legislation, including delivery of updated versions of the System);
•continuous development of the System (improvement of functionalities and interventions and modifications based on the customer's requirements, in the scope of up to 204 man-hours of development services per year - pprogrammer, analyst, consultant for individual areas, etc.);
•technical support for the contractor's employees help desk (email, telephone consultations, remote access);
•regular automated monitoring of the application's running, its availability, workload, certificate expiration checks, etc. .and service posupport in solving System defects (email, telephone consultations, remote access);
•registration of requirements, monitoring of deadlines, progress and solution of requirements;
