• The subject of the contract is to repair the surface of the purpose communication called: David's Kopec in the cadastral area. Chlum near Trebon. Furthermore, the drainage of rainwater from the surface of the purpose -built road will be realized. The construction work sets out the project documentation entitled: “The repair of the surface of the purpose communication David's hill in the cadastral area of the Chlum near Třeboň” by the company called: Ing. Jan Sirový, project and engineering activities in construction, Heřmaň 25, 398 11 Protivín, IČO: 05578591 (hereinafter referred to as “project documentation”). The subject of the public contract is a complete and perfect complete performance of all construction and assembly works incl. Supplies of the necessary materials, the equipment necessary for the proper completion of the operational work and the execution of all activities, which is necessary for proper completion of the work necessary (eg construction equipment, safety measures, etc.).
