- The subject of the public contract is the design and construction work consisting of building public infrastructure and ground buildings (including equipment) around Lake Medard in order to allow further use of this location for activities that bring sustainable revitalization and resocialization of the territory after mining coal and people's return to the territory.
The contracting authority will implement the design and construction work in the form of requirements for performance or function pursuant to Section 92 (2) of the Public Procurement Act (also referred to as Design & Build method).
