Description:
The subject of the project is the construction of a new parking garage with a total capacity of 433 parking spaces. The above-ground part has 5 floors, the underground has 3 floors for parking cars and electric cars. The building has a green roof. New connections will be established to the building, roads will be constructed, paved surfaces andlandscaping. The supporting structure of the new building consists of a reinforced concrete skeleton with a normal span of 8.1 meters with a monolithic wall system. The perimeter walls are monolithic reinforced concrete. The underground parts will be provided with insulation with resistance to the action of water. The establishment of a parking garage is due to the compositiondue to the geological conditions and the high level of load, the foundation joint was designed as deep on reinforced concrete drilled piles embedded in the rock (bearing) subsoil in interaction with the reinforced concrete base plate. The base plate and perimeter walls 3.PP - 1.PP are designed with reinforced concrete in the systemwhite tubs.
