- The subject of the public order is the delivery of the synthesis of oligonucleotides (primers, fluorescently labeled probes) with a length of 6 to 120 bases in an amount of 25 nmol, purified by desalting (desalt) in quality for use for PCR and sequencing, while the delivery will be lyophilized in a test tube (hereinafter referred to as "the subject fulfillment" or "goodsor base"). These are supplies for the University of Ostrava according to the current operational needs of the client and all its components for a period of 4 years from the effective date of the framework agreement.
