Description:
This public contract for the supply of "System of emission monitoring - innovation and development - 5" (SIMIR 5), Part 9 - Computer technology for air quality assessment is given in the form of an open tender due to the expected value of the public contract and the volume of supplies of all parts of the public contract over therecustoms procedure according to § 56 of the Act.
The purpose of the public contract of the relevant part 9, which is financed from the SIMIR 5 project according to paragraph 2.2 of the ZD, is to enable the contracting authority to acquire the computer technology necessary for the annual assessment of air quality in the Czech Republic, the fulfillment of tasks assigned by state administration bodies or reaching heightsalt flats in the ARAMIS project (TA CR project no. SS02030031 with a solution period until 2026).
The subject of the public contract is the supply of equipment and relevant software, including transport, installation, full commissioning and training in compliance with the conditions set out in this procurement documentation. Detailed specification of the subjectthe performance of the public contract is contained directly in this ZD and its annexes, especially in Annex No. 1.
The public contract "Immission monitoring system - innovation and development - 5" (SIMIR 5) is divided into 10 separate public contracts (hereinafter only "parts of the SIMIR 5 project") due to the strengthening of economic competitionand for reasons of its financing.
The Participant is entitled to participate and submit an offer in any part of the SIMIR 5 project, while each of the Participant's offers will be assessed and evaluated separately.
