Description:
The subject of the public contract will be:
-delivery of a comprehensive information system incl. related licenses and source codes enabling the operation and development of the system into the MHMP property;
-implementation of the system into the MHMP environment, incl. migration of data from existing systems (primarily the TED system) - introduction of delivered informationsystem into operation;
-three-month trial operation;
-subsequent four-year system operation support, which will include the following services:
-update and maintenance service (update, upgrade, incorporation of legislative changes),
-HelpDesk operation service (ensuring the functioning of the communication HelpDesk centers fromand the purpose of reporting and recording incidents and requests),
-service of basic service technical support (resolution of incidents and requests, technical support related to actions by elected authorities of the capital city of Prague),
-service of extended support (system development),
-providing training and partial consultations.
