- The subject of the public contract is: - carrying out surveys and pre -demolition audit; - Development of project documentation: "Hospital Třebič - New Palliative Care, LDN and DIOP" in the extent of the project documentation for building permit and project documentation for construction. ProjectThe documentation will be divided after individual stages according to the approved realization procedure; - Elaboration of the Plan Ensure Safety and Health at work on the construction site in accordance with Act No. 309/2006 Coll.Relations and to ensure safety and health protection in activities or providing services outside employment relations (Act on ensuring other health and health safety conditions), as amended, and Government Regulation No. 591/2006 Coll.health at work on construction sites, as amended, and other activities arising from the above laws at the preparation phase of the construction; - security of the activities of the OSH coordinator in the preparation phase; - Performance of the designer's supervision for the duration of the construction.
