• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the taking over, operation and servicing of the contractor's multifunctional printing equipment and their gradual change in the form of a lease during the duration of the contract. The scope of this public order: Acceptance of 54 pieces of multi-functional printing equipment from the contracting authority to the department a of the supplier's service regime Gradual replacement of existing equipment due to rental of new equipment up to a total of 35 units. Service services: regular inspections, maintenance, repairs, supplies and replacement of spare parts, work of a service technician in transport, supply of consumer goods material, clothing, and equipment in accordance with the model contract. Remote monitoring: automatic notification of faults, automatic ordering and replenishment of consumables, automatic notification of the status of the machines for production needs. Guaranteed secure printing and authorization: HW and SW retrofitted all devices (both owned and rented) for secure access using RFID cards (HID Prox, 125 kHz; UID/CSN) and/or PIN, including central management and reporting.
