• Description:
• The subject of the public order "Tank car sprinkler - Bludov Municipality" is the procurement of a new tank car sprinkler equipped with a fire pump with a nominal output of 2000 l.min-1 according to ČSN EN 1028-1, chassis category 2 "for mixed traffic" in version "R" (special reduced for six people) and weight class M (hereinafter referred to as "CAS"). CAS will meet the requirements of: 1. of the regulations for the operation of vehicles on roads in the Czech Republic, and all mandatory data on the design and equipment of the CAS, including exceptions, will be listed in the vehicle registration certificate - part II. (technical license), 2. Decree No. 35/2007 Coll., on the technical conditions of fire-fighting equipment, as amended by Decree No. 149/2025 Coll. - i.e. including all changes, additions and modifications effective from 01/07/2025 - evidenced upon delivery of the CAS by a copy of the certificate issued for the required type of CAS by an authorized person, or by a declaration of conformity of the product, 3. established by Decree No. 247/2001 Coll., on the organization and activities of fire protection units, as amended later regulations, 4. and the requirements specified in the technical conditions, viz. Appendix No. 4 - Technical conditions of CAS (binding document). The performance will also include the performance resulting from Annex No. 5 - Purchase contract (binding document), e.g. transport to the place of performance and operator training or other accompanying performance, which are part of these tender conditions.
